Action continued on Sunday as defending champions Rayon Sports were denied maximum points following a 89th minute heartbreaking strike from AS Kigali’s right back Eric Iradukunda which canceled Bimenyimana Caleb’s first half goal scored via a spot kick in the 42nd minute, leaving both sides to settle for a 1-all draw.

Elsewhere, new league entrants Miroplast Fc suffered a 1-2 loss to visitors Marines Fc; SC Kiyovu defeated Musanze Fc 1-0 thanks to Nova Ramadhan’s quickest goal of the season scored in the first minute.

Southern Province side Amagaju Fc thrashed Bugesera Fc 3-1 at Kicukiro stadium with Amani Mugisho, Ndizeye Innocent and Shabban Hussein Tchabalala scoring vital goals for the visitors while the home side secured their consolation goal courtesy of Nigerian import Samson Ikechukwu.
