Rwanda will host Algeria’s domestic team in a friendly training match due at Stade Olympique d’El Manzeh, 14:30 (15:30 Kigali time) in Tunis.

The team held a recovery session on Monday which involved light jogging and full stretching for the players who featured for over 45 minutes in the Namibia friendly and full jogging and ball work for the rest of the players.

The Amavubi team will hold a morning training session at El Mouradi training facility in Sousse, Tunisia on Tuesday under the guidance of head coach Antoine Hey before departing to Tunis where they will spend a night ahead of Wednesday’s tie.

The friendly match between Rwanda and Algeria will be Amavubi’s last assessment for Coach Antoine Hey before the team heads to Morocco on Thursday for the Total Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) tournament which begins on January 13 in Morocco.
