As we prepare to start the Second Division League, Rwanda Federation Association has announced the licensed teams to play this league in Men category, and the number reaches to twenty-eight, including the two teams’ best performers of the third division Tsinda Batsinde which won the third division trophy and City Boys, the runner up.
Second division League is expected to start in the week end of 04th and 5th of November 2023, with twenty-eight teams which will be having their junior teams playing also in the Under 20 youth League which was launched on 28th October 2023 in Men category.
