The race for promotion in FERWAFA’s Division 2 Men has started on a high note, with both the Promotion Playoffs and Ranking Fixtures delivering decisive early statements.

In the Promotion Playoffs, Etoile de L’Est produced the most dominant performance of the day, sweeping aside INTARE FC 3–0 to underline their attacking intent. Meanwhile, Sunrise FC secured a hard-fought 2–1 win over Unity FC, keeping their promotion hopes firmly on track.

In the Ranking Fixtures, Nkombo FC edged Muhazi United 2–1 in a tightly contested encounter, while Sina Gerard claimed a narrow 1–0 victory over Espoir FC to also start their campaign with maximum points.
