Under the Visit Rwanda partnership, the PSG Academy Rwanda delegation has departed for Paris to participate in the prestigious Paris Saint-Germain Academies World Cup scheduled from May 8 to 13, 2026.

The delegation led by Mr. Gilbert Muvunyi Manier the MINISPORTS Director General in charge of Sports Development alongside Mr. Richard Mugisha, the FERWAFA 2nd Vice President in charge of Technical Matters, reflects the commitment of FERWAFA and the Government of Rwanda to youth football development and international exposure for young Rwandan talents.

A total of 36 players will represent Rwanda in three categories, namely; 

• U11 Boys

• U13 Boys

• U15 Girls

Each category is composed of 12 players.

The tournament will bring together PSG Academies from across the world, offering Rwanda’s young talents a valuable opportunity to compete, learn, and proudly represent the country under the banner of Paris Saint-Germain.
