Imanzi FC were crowned champions of the FERWAFA 3rd Division Men’s League 2025–26 after an outstanding playoff campaign that earned them promotion to next season’s FERWAFA D2 Men’s League.

The highly competitive playoffs, played in a first and second leg round-robin format, brought together four clubs fighting for the coveted promotion spots:

• Imanzi FC – 10 points

• Tony RW – 9 points

• Muhisimbi FC – 8 points

• Umutara FC – 6 points

Imanzi FC finished top of the standings after their outstanding performances in the playoffs round, sealing the league title and securing a historic place in the 2026–27 FERWAFA D2 Men’s League.

Meanwhile, Tony RW also earned promotion after deservedly finishing in second place with 9 points. Their impressive run throughout the playoffs ensured, they too clinched a spot in next season’s Men’s Second Division League, marking a significant achievement for the club.

The playoff competition showcased the growing competitiveness and development of grassroots football, with all four teams demonstrating determination and ambition in the race for promotion.
