The Fédération Rwandaise de Football Association (FERWAFA) invites qualified companies and individuals specializing in trophy design and production to submit Expressions of Interest (REOI) for the design and production of the official FERWAFA Super Cup Trophy.

Founded in 1972 and affiliated with CAF and FIFA since 1978, FERWAFA is Rwanda's football governing body, responsible for developing and promoting the game in accordance with FIFA and CAF regulations.

Scope of Work

Bidders are invited to submit a customized trophy concept, including a 3D illustration and detailed specifications covering:

• Weight and dimensions

• Trophy and base colors

• Materials

• Base size

• Design features and customized branding

The financial proposal should clearly indicate the cost of both the design and production of the trophy.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must submit:

• RDB Registration Certificate

• Valid RRA Tax Clearance Certificate

• RSSB Clearance Certificate

• Any other relevant supporting documents

Submission

Interested bidders should submit one sealed envelope containing both the technical and financial proposals no later than Friday, 07 August 2026 at 10:00 AM to:

Late submissions will not be accepted.

Bid Opening

Bids will be opened on Friday, 07 August 2026 at 10:10 AM in the FERWAFA Conference Room, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

• FERWAFA reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal.

• The intellectual property rights of the selected trophy design will become the exclusive property of FERWAFA.
