From November 10th to 14th, 2025, a classroom of purpose echoes with ambition, where 25 coaches, among them 22 men and 3 women, embark on the second module of the CAF Licence B course, organized by FERWAFA.
It is more than a training. It is a forge. A place where passion is refined into expertise, and dreams are molded into structure. Each lesson, each discussion, each moment of reflection strengthens the pillars of Rwandan football.
Today, the FERWAFA President, Mr. SHEMA NGOGA Fabrice, visited the participants, not just to observe, but to inspire.
“You are not here by chance,” he said. “You are here because Rwanda’s football future needs thinkers, mentors, and builders. Be diligent in learning, excellent in applying, and committed to lifting our game higher. Development begins with knowledge and knowledge begins with you.”
“A coach is more than a tactician. He is a mirror of football’s soul. What you learn here must go beyond diagrams and drills. It must breathe into your teams, shaping character, confidence, and creativity. That is how Rwanda grows.
the FERWAFA Technical Director, Mr. Gérard Buscher, expressed gratitude and confidence in the ongoing work: “The course is progressing smoothly, and the spirit in this group is remarkable. The participants show great eagerness to learn and to apply what they gain. We deeply thank FERWAFA for its continuous support and for making such valuable trainings possible. Everything is well set, and the motivation here is as high as our ambitions for Rwandan football.”
When this module concludes, Rwanda will proudly count 76 CAF License B coaches, 62 men and 14 women, a growing force of knowledge, discipline, and tactical intelligence ready to elevate the game.
In that shared vision, between leaders, teachers, and learners, lies the promise of tomorrow.
A Rwanda where football is not only played, but understood, taught, and lived with wisdom.
Unity. Discipline. Victory.
The journey continues.
