Aligned with FERWAFA’s mission to build an elite football ecosystem, the program places strong emphasis on coaching education as a foundation for sustainable football development. By equipping locally trained Rwandan coaches with advanced technical, tactical, and leadership skills, FERWAFA is investing in the long-term improvement of football quality across all levels.

The CAF B License remains one of the most prestigious coaching certifications on the African continent, serving as a critical pathway for coaches aspiring to operate at elite and professional levels.

Upon completion of the ongoing course, Rwanda will have a total of 75 CAF B–licensed elite coaches, including 14 women and 61 men, a significant achievement in promoting both excellence and inclusivity in coaching.
